Prepare for battle
The objective for this theme was to get structure in the organisation and get ready for the battle with the competition. In the army everything has a procedure and nothing happens for no reason. So this was a good example for our company. Further More the army is there to Eliminate the enemy. Thats exactly what we also had to do with the competition. So there were many good comparisons.
We introduced the theme by making a war zone in the office. The employees receept a shot briefing whit individual objectives.
